curriculum at ISB&M are contemporary and based on our

In a short span of six years ISB&M Kolkata is ranked
amongst the top B-Schools. This is largely because of
the unique paradigm of learning which we have adopted at
ISB&M as a group and ISB&M Kolkata in particular. We
have adopted the top bottom approach of learning, where
the skills and knowledge as demanded by corporate are at
the top of the pyramid. This approach has helped us to
remain focused on the needs of the industry and align
our learning processes. We realize that industry centric
learning cannot be confined to classroom lectures and
hence our learning processes are an eclectic mix of
conceptual learning, action oriented learning (student

to USA and completed the coveted CFA program
in the area of international finance.
It is indeed my pleasure to be a part of the
learning process at ISBM. To be able to
influence and mould the young turks here and
see them evolve as future leaders and head
honchos of the corporate world is something
I look forward to. Given the glorious past
of ISBM and the wonderful future that lays
ahead of us, I see the following as the
focus areas for us at the Gurgaon campus :
Learning is best and effective when it is
fun and as close to a real-life experience.
We will endeavor to ensure that the
environment at ISBM Gurgaon will be

The focus and the key-customer at ISBM is
