The focus is on understanding the business issues, interfunctional coordination and group learning.

Professional Leadership Programme in Business
(Work Experience 3-7 years)

The programme will held the participants gain speed on the runway of their careers so that nothing can stop them from flying high in the corporate world.The Programme is dividie into two levels of two semesters each of 4 months.

Level 1: Advanced Certificate in General Management
Level 1 is focused on empowering the participants in all areas of the business management, which is essential for a manager in order to understand the business in totality.

Level 2: Professional Leadership Programme in Business
Level 2 is after the successful completion of ‘Advanced Certificate in General Management i.e Level 1. The two semesters of Level 2 will focus on the dual specialization.

In each semester, electives from various areas will be offered and participants can choose these electives considering their career path and interest.

On successful completion of all the four semesters the participant will be awarded with “ Professional Leadership Programme in Business” from ISB&M.

We also ensure a Lateral Career Shift to all the successful candidates.


Business Leadership Programme in Retail

Retail is a dynamic industry worldwide in metors and large cities, now penetrating into smaller citites and towns. With the advent and growth of large retails chains there is a huge employement opportutinties in the retail sector. People with varided skills and talents are required in this fast emerging industry.

Careers in Retail

• Merchandising – involves decisions on range of itmes to be stocked, on exactly what gets into shelves of the store.
• Supply Chain & Logistics – involves decisions on movement of goods from manufacturer/farm to the store in a most efficient manner.
• Visual Merchandising – involves displays, layouts, store atmoshpherics which are all aimed to create a delightfyl customer experience.
• Store Operations- involves running of store and sales
• HR and Administration – management of human resource function and administration function.

Course Structure

The course structure is developd to balance conceptual inputs and leadership skills. The assessement method aims to create a participant – driven learning environment and encourages students to take greater initiatives and responsibility for their learning.

The course is spread across 3 trimesters of three months each with practical job- experience.


Business Leadership Programme in Hospitality

The programme is designed both for people entering the field and for those who already work in the hospitality industry but wish to enhance their careers.
